HR & Payroll Systems Coordinator

Hybrid Working - Based in Surrey

Between 31,720 - 34,000 per annum. Pro rata part time staff. Rate dependent on experience.

Part time - 25 hours per week. Ideally 5 hours a day Monday to Friday / 6-month fixed term contract

We are implementing a new HR and Payroll system and have chosen Cezanne. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance and smooth operation of HR data and Payroll processes.


As it is a new to us system the design and implementation of the system will also be a large part of the role.


The main duties of the role will be:


To support with the installation & development of the HR system To support with the integration, installation, and development of the Payroll system. To monitor the progress of the implementation against deadlines.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (Desired):


Knowledge of Cezanne HR system Excellent attention to detail and data organization Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
