You will play an important role in building excellent HR services. Working closely with the Group HR team and other departments you drive initiatives and projects for selecting, developing, improving and implementing HR tools & platforms that support our operational processes. Next to that you will have a strong focus on the data side and built the foundation for required management info & the HR Dasboards.
In general you are responsible for:
Project management of different projects on topics such as:
o Organizational management
o Compensation and benefits
o Onboarding processes & programs
o Employee engagement
o Job structure
Data collection & HR reporting
The (technical) implementation of HR systems & platforms such as Personio, LMS, Recruitee, Study Tube.
Deliver HR support to the country organizations during the implementation phase
Optional: support Culture, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives .
You will be part of the Group HR team and be based in the Netherlands (Apeldoorn) or the UK (Northampton).
We ask quite a lot of our new project manager, but that doesn't scare you off. On the contrary, you take the lead and get to work. It will be hard work and that will give you energy. You don't wait but take initiative and arrange it.
We also think you need the following:
Bachelor work and think level
A completed and relevant education, for example in the direction of HRM.
You have excellent writing and communication skills, at least in English. Other languages are a plus
Bring at least 3 years of work experience and a proven track record when it comes to managing projects related to building HR services and/or the technical implementation of HR tools/platforms, Personio is a big plus
Being data driven, having experience with identifying data source & collections, building dash boards & reporting
You are a strong organizer and are able to project manage activities and contributors
The willingness to travel between all offices in Europa frequently
Are result-driven and detail oriented
