Job Description

We're looking for an organised and people-focused administrator to lead our recruitment and onboarding processes while supporting general office duties. You'll be the friendly point of contact for applicants and new starters, helping us build strong teams and maintain a smooth-running office.

What you'll do:



Advertise vacancies, track applications and coordinate interviews Carry out references, right-to-work checks and DBS processing Prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding paperwork Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records Support inductions and be a helpful contact for new starters Assist with day-to-day office admin, calls and supplies

About you:



Experience in recruitment admin, HR support or office administration Highly organised with great attention to detail Confident communicator, professional and approachable IT literate (MS Office, recruitment systems a bonus) Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
