We're looking for an enthusiastic office-based HR & Recruitment Assistant to support our HR Manager on a daily basis. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within HR/Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities :



You will provide administrative support in the recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting with scheduling, document creation, and onboarding preparations You will act as the first point of contact for candidates, shaping the candidate experience by arranging interviews and responding to candidate inquiries Carrying out Company inductions and managing the onboarding process You will carry out offboarding for leavers You will support with HR projects and initiatives You will maintain and update HR systems for employee information and time management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entries and deadline tracking You will manage employee files by handling contract amendments, updating records for current and former employees, and ensuring data accuracy You will be responsible for creating essential HR documents, such as employment contracts, certificates, and reports, while maintaining confidentiality You will handle sensitive employee information with care and ensure compliance with data protection regulations You will assist with HR projects and marketing initiatives under the guidance of HR Managers and HR Business Partners, contributing to employee engagement and HR branding efforts You will manage communication with external bodies such as agencies, other providers or stakeholders.

This position is office-based in Hertfordshire



Qualifications:



Prior experience in a similar Recrutiment/HR administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-27,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
