HR Recruitment Assistant



Band 3 - 24,937 - 26,598



37.5 hrs per week



Fixed Term - 31st March 2026




Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motived individual to join our recruitment team within HR Workforce based at Dewsbury Health Centre, this is a hybrid role with both office and home working.




The team provide a full end to end recruitment service across the whole organisation, from placing vacancies, interview scheduling, full pre-employment checks, including the issuing of contracts.


Liaising closely with hiring managers to help support their requirements, you must have excellent communication skills with the ability to organise and plan your workload.


You will have experience of working in a busy admin environment, ideally involving recruitment, with the ability to work to deadlines, together with a keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.


Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role, as you will also work closely with both external stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation.


Use of Microsoft office packages such as excel and outlook is beneficial.
