We currently have a vacancy for a Recruitment Assistant to join the team. This role will be circa 10 hours per week, split over Thursdays and Fridays (flexible hours).
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing support from application to offer.
Seamless Communication: Maintain a high rhythm of engagement via phone and email, ensuring candidates are informed and updated at every stage.
Operational Excellence: Orchestrate the flow of multiple recruitment inboxes and ensure our internal database (ATS) is updated.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve potential scheduling or administrative bottlenecks before they impact the hiring timeline.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience within Human Resources / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and be able to work independently using your own initiative.
