What you'll be doing:



As the organisation's Recruitment and HR Coordinator, you will coordinate the in-house recruitment process from job advertisements through to employee on-boarding, providing efficient, timely and high-quality recruitment administrative support to the senior management team, and support the organisation's wider scope of recruitment needs.

The Recruitment and HR Coordinator supports the Chief Executive and Directors with all aspects of the recruitment process, including implementation of the recruitment strategies to fill vacancies, planning & coordinating recruitment events (both internal and external), maintaining an up-to-date database of applicants, producing accurate recruitment reports for senior management team meetings, and completing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the recruitment process.

This role also includes maintaining and updating HR data and records, liaising with the payroll department regarding employee contracts, manage and support the recruitment process with the managers, and coordinate the new starters across the organisation. This entails DBS processing and obtaining references, as well as assisting department managers with induction procedures.

You will be confident in your approach towards all things related to HR and Recruitment administration. You will be a team player, with the ability to work alone and as part of a team. The HR & Recruitment Administrator must be confident in candidate liaising, employee onboarding, note-taking and data collection, as well as experienced in keeping employee confidentiality at all times.

What we are looking for:



Minimum of 3 years in a similar role Minimum Grade C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Confident telephone manner Confident communicating at all levels Attention to detail Experience of confidential notetaking Good knowledge of GDPR and DBS processes Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of updating websites and posting on social media platforms Some understanding of basic marketing strategies Good time management and ability to prioritise and multi-task Exceptional oral and written communication skills Experience using Indeed and other relevant hiring platforms Experience maintaining databases and completing KPIs Experience producing data for management and monitoring Willingness to develop yourself and the organisation's recruitment processes
