ROLE

We are looking for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our UK team, based at Sunderland.
This role will be central in supporting HR processes, with a strong focus on

recruitment and talent acquisition

, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best professionals for our growing operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support end-to-end

recruitment processes

, from drafting job adverts to onboarding new hires. Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies. Support

employee lifecycle processes

including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management. Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and compliance with UK legislation. Assist with

training coordination

(plan, organize and archive proof of qualifications and certificates). Provide support for

performance management processes

and employee engagement activities. Collaborate on HR projects, events, and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Academic background in

Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

. Proven experience in

recruitment and HR administration

(in-house or agency). Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. High attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

; HRIS experience is an advantage.
