We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties



Advertising vacancies and managing candidate applications Scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants Conducting pre-employment checks, references, and DBS Preparing offer letters and maintaining staff records Supporting HR with onboarding and inductions Ensuring compliance with safer recruitment and safeguarding guidelines Assist in organising training sessions, employee engagement programmes, and other HR-related events. Collaborate with the HR team to implement policies aligned with organisational objectives and legal requirements.

Experience



Proven experience in human resources or related fields, with familiarity using HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organisation. Experience with ATS platforms and social media management tools for talent acquisition purposes. Knowledge of relationship management principles within a corporate environment. Familiarity with salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous but not essential. Previous exposure to HR software such as Taleo or PeopleSoft will be considered an asset. Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Pay: 30,000.00-38,000.00 per year
