We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and supporting HR initiatives.
Duties
Assist in the recruitment process, including managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
Manage social media platforms to promote company culture and job openings, enhancing our employer brand.
Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate employee training sessions and development programmes to foster professional growth.
Assist in lead generation for talent acquisition through networking and outreach initiatives.
Experience
Proven experience in a human resources role or related field is preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS systems
Strong understanding of relationship management principles and effective communication strategies.
Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
