About the Role



We are seeking an HR Russian-Speaking Coordinator to join our team and support our workforce while acting as a vital link between management and Russian-speaking employees. This varied, hands-on role combines HR administration, workforce coordination, people management, and operational support.

The role requires flexibility, as a day at a weekend is part of the standard working week and evening on-call duties are shared on a team rota basis. It also includes accommodation management, overseeing two on-site caravan sites for SAWS staff, and ensuring staff needs are met in collaboration with department managers and operators.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking staff, ensuring smooth communication and support Provide comprehensive HR administrative support including contracts, onboarding, training records, and absence management Translate and interpret HR policies, procedures, and communications between English and Russian Coordinate recruitment, selection, and induction of new staff Work closely with SAWS Operators to manage and coordinate worker orders and deployment efficiently Collaborate with department managers to assess and coordinate labour requirements across projects Manage and maintain staff accommodation, including two on-site caravan sites, ensuring compliance and comfort for SAWS staff Supervise and support on-site workers, providing guidance, people management, and issue resolution Support workforce scheduling, attendance tracking, and operational reporting Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment law, and health & safety regulations Participate in the evening on-call rota to handle urgent HR, workforce, or accommodation issues as they arise

Requirements



Fluency in Russian and English desirable HR experience or CIPD training advantageous - candidates with HR experience or CIPD background are preferred Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, varied environment, including weekends and flexible on-call hours Experience coordinating labour needs and workforce deployment Knowledge of employment law and health & safety regulations (preferred) Experience in fresh produce or production environments is advantageous Full UK Driving Licence
