HR Services Administrator

to join our HR team and help us provide a high-quality, professional first-line HR service.

As a HR Services Administrator for Avanti West Coast, you will:

Be the first point of contact for HR queries, offering clear, confident guidance on policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records in our HR system (People XD) and support key lifecycle processes like onboarding, contract changes, and leaver administration. Manage essential admin tasks including ID cards, pension support, and visa documentation -- ensuring compliance every step of the way. Provide flexible HR support, protect confidentiality, and help us continuously improve how we work.
