Partner Support Services is a specialist team within our HR Services function with responsibilities covering a range of services and administrative processes linked to partner policies and business activities.


Your role will involve supporting Partners and the business with activities such as Onboarding, Leavers and everything in between. The customer is at the heart of everything we do with us aiming to support them with queries, life events and regulatory requirements. We support strategic initiatives through reporting and collaboration with other areas of the business as well as a strong approach to CSI and improving the effectiveness of how we work.


The Partner community are an integral, high profile customer group and require a bespoke, specialised service which require us to go above and beyond and to be prepared for a variety of queries, challenges and opportunities. Confident in supporting our customer base through a multi-channel functionality - you can trust that no two days will ever be the same as you support and add value to our very busy team by:

Supporting the Assistant Managers and Partner Support Services (PSS) team with Partner queries and escalations, seeking to understand root cause Working with stakeholders to proactively implement solutions, enhancements and escalating where appropriate Supporting with the administration of onboarding, leavers and planned absence Producing regular reports for a variety of stakeholders and requirements Managing stakeholder and customer expectations whilst building trusted relationships with HR Services peers and colleagues and other Deloitte teams as appropriate, supporting other teams as needed End-to-end stakeholder case management Delivering cross team collaboration to support excellent customer service and experience Occasionally supporting our Helpdesk colleagues Escalating complex queries in a timely and efficient manner, taking accountability for updating our stakeholders with progress and resolution Driving and supporting CSI initiatives and ensure participation in strategic pillar workshops and other HRS networking Prioritising team wellbeing and growth by championing the right behaviors and ways of working

Exceptional Organisational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to proactively organise and prioritise a complex workload, manage time efficiently, and effectively multitask across various HR processes such as leave management, onboarding, and data changes. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with diverse stakeholders (e.g., Partners, HR teams, external bodies). This includes active listening and building effective relationships across teams. Proactive Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: A systematic approach to identifying, analysing, and resolving issues, particularly in complex HR scenarios like payroll adjustments, contract management, and reporting discrepancies. High Level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Meticulous in all tasks, ensuring precision in data entry, document preparation (e.g., offer letters, retirement emails), and report generation, as evidenced by the detailed processes in our proficiency tracker. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Competent in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and particularly Excel for data management, tracking, and basic reporting.

Commitment to Continuous Learning: Actively seeks to build technical knowledge and adapt to new processes and systems, demonstrating learning agility in a dynamic HR environment. Data Analysis and Reporting Skills: Ability to extract, analyse, and present data for various HR reports utilising advanced Excel functions or other reporting tools. Experience with HR Information Systems: Practical knowledge and experience with SAP or similar HR systems for managing employee data, processing changes, and generating reports. Stakeholder Management and Business Acumen: Experience in effectively mapping and managing diverse stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities, and proposing relevant business solutions within HR operations. Understanding of HR Processes and Compliance: Familiarity with a broad range of HR processes, including onboarding, leave of absence, payroll adjustments, and exit procedures, with an awareness of associated compliance requirements.
