Contract length/Duration: August 2023 - August 2024

Compensation: \xc2\xa3160/day (PAYE set-up)

Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a talented HR Specialist (fluent in Mandarin) to join their team.

What you will do:

  • Provide HR administration services to the designated client through ongoing day to day operational work to support client\'s employees across the Americas region.
  • Perform on-boarding/off-boarding administration, domestic transfer and cross boarder transfer administration.
  • Conduct employee document management, verification letters, contract management, leave management, benefits administration, employee queries and payroll admin support.
  • Ensure all knowledge documents are up to date and create processes control plan to ensure the output quality meets expectations and identify the continuous improvement opportunities for these processes.
  • Be the HR Policies Practices expertise and guide client stakeholders team members as needed.
  • Provide consistent advice and support on relevant HR processes to BU HR teams global HRSSC team and individual employees.
  • Coordinate with other two regions, to share internal best practice and lesson learned.
  • Ensure all customers\' inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (Speaking, reading and writing).
  • Minimum of 3 years of operations experience focused on Human Resources.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • MUST have experience working in a shared services environment.
  • *this role falls inside IR35
