Overview



We are looking for a HR Specialist to support the day-to-day human resources operations for the

Royal Family of Abu Dhabi.

This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional with strong generalist experience who can thrive in a confidential, fast-paced, and high-standard environment.

THIS ROLE IS BASED IN ABU DHABI - Please only Apply if willing to relocate

Duties



Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns Assist in resolving employee relations matters and conducting internal investigations Support recruitment activities including posting roles, screening candidates, and interview coordination Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures Ensure legal and policy compliance with labor laws and internal regulations Support HR reporting and analytics to guide leadership decisions Contribute to performance management cycles: goal setting, appraisals, feedback Prepare documentation and maintain accurate HR records Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs

Experience



Proven experience in human resources or a related administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar HR software is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with staff at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Must-Have Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 8 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or business partner capacity Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills in English Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively EU passport is mandatory
