We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic administrator who is passionate about people and ready to start their career in Human Resources. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Apprentice on an 18-month fixed-term contract, with potential for permanent employment.
Working closely with the Head of HR and Health & Safety, you will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of generalist HR activities, while also developing core Health & Safety knowledge across multiple sectors. This is a chance to learn from experienced professionals in a supportive, dynamic environment and build a strong foundation for a future HR career.
As part of the apprenticeship, you will work towards achieving a CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification, fully funded by DDFI Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate administrative support across the HR function.
Guide managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and employment law, and assist employees with general HR enquiries.
Support recruitment, on-boarding, and employee life-cycle processes.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with GDPR.
Assist with employee training, development initiatives, and HR reporting.
Support basic Health & Safety administration and compliance tasks.
Travel to various sites across England and Wales as required.

Qualifications -
Ideally 3 A Levels (A-C)
A HR or Business related qualification is desirable
A minimum of Level 5/B in GCSE or equivalent - Maths & English
