We are looking for a friendly, organised individual with a solid understanding of
basic HR processes
to support our day-to-day people operations. This role is not a full HR Advisor position -- we already work with a 3rd-party HR consultancy for complex advice, meaning your focus will be on coordination, administration, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries and escalate to our external HR service when needed
Support recruitment admin including job adverts, scheduling interviews, and onboarding paperwork
Maintain accurate HR records, staff files, holiday tracking and training logs
Assist with inductions and ensure all new starter documentation is complete
Monitor absence reporting and ensure relevant forms and procedures are followed
Support managers with standard HR processes and documentation
Liaise with our 3rd-party HR provider for guidance on more complex matters
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
About You
Understanding of general HR processes and employment basics
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Able to manage confidential information with professionalism
Friendly, approachable, and confident supporting staff
Experience in an HR admin/support role is beneficial
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable but not required
