About the Role




We are seeking to appoint to the role of HR Support Officer. As a member of the HR Team, this role is integral to YPO's People Services function, providing comprehensive, accurate and timely HR administrative support.


Act as a first point of contact for HR and payroll queries, raised in person, by email and through the People Portal ticketing system.


The jobholder will work closely with our external payroll service provider to ensure the accurate and timely provision of information for payroll processing.

About You




As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Drawing from the skills and experience section of the , we seek someone who has:

Experience of working within an administrative role ideally within HR. Educated to NVQ Level 3 and with a high standard of written and spoken English is required, with at GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent). Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Proactive in identifying issues as they arise, taking ownership of resolution and escalating appropriately when necessary to ensure timely and effective outcomes.

Having CIPD Level 3 and experience of HR/Payroll systems would be ideal, but not essential as this can be developed whilst in the role.
