About the role:





We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time HR Support to join our friendly HR team at West Suffolk Council.



This post will be responsible for supporting the HR and payroll administration processes working closely with the HR Advisors and Business Partners.



You will work as part of the People team providing an effective and efficient HR administration service, as well as being the first line of contact for all general HR enquiries. You will be working with the iTrent HR/Payroll system, administering the recruitment process and inputting payroll changes. Previous experience of using iTrent is not essential as training will be provided.


What you will need:





You will be organised, proactive, able to work under pressure to meet conflicting deadlines and have a good understanding of administrative processes.



You should enjoy working as part of a supportive team and be a good communicator who can build working relationships. With excellent attention to detail, you should also be able to work on your own initiative, be highly self-motivated with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
