HR System Analyst xc2xa6 Central xc2xa6 Contract Full timeSomething Extraordinary Every Dayxe2x84xa2As our HR System Analyst, you will be part of the HR System team to provide support on the development and execution of the HRIS, ensuring that the system match with the needs of the users and are maintained and updated according to the business needs. You will also provide support for the users on issues related to the system and for new users. In addition, you will provide support on the reporting for the People team and wider business.This role is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 2 days a week.What you will be doingThe key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

• Support development of the People systems, in line with the systems design principles, quality standards and best practice
• Evaluate user needs and system functionality to ensure alignment
• Support all HRIS installation and updates to maintain systems that are fit for business purpose
• Support the development and testing of new modules into all HRIS
• Keep up to date with the latest technology developments impacting the ongoing utilisation of internal HRIS

• Degree education or equivalent qualifications is preferrable
• Practical hands on experience with applications in a problem solving capacity
• Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Thorough understanding of staffing and business processes and their relations to People Systems
