We're looking for a
HR Systems Advisor
who is motivated, detail-driven, and eager to grow. Reporting to the Head of HR Systems, you'll play a key role in supporting colleagues across the University, ensuring smooth day-to-day system use while helping to shape future developments and enhancements.
You'll also collaborate with other HR teams on projects, process improvements, and upgrades/patches. This role is hands-on, offering both operational support and the chance to influence long-term improvements.
What we're looking for:
A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational ability, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in end-user support and troubleshooting.
An interest in developing reporting and data skills (experience desirable but not essential).
