1. Communicates with HR team members, payroll staff, finance staff, Trust staff
at all levels and third party suppliers.
2. Provides and receives information in both standard as well as complex format.
E.g. Communicates/relays pay and tax information to employees in response
to basic queries, ascertains initial issue information, identifies a solution and
relays fix to the user.
3. Delivers basic HR Systems training to users.
4. Acts as liaison between Trust and third party service provider Teams for basic
queries.
5. Act as first point of contact for users for all HR Systems Team queries.

Skills:
Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel.
Communications skills- both verbal and written.
Excellent telephone manner.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload.
Previous HR experience.
