About the Role:
In this position, you'll take the lead on:
Managing the iTrent HR system including upgrades, testing, and compliance
Conducting gap analyses, data audits, and process resilience reviews
Delivering SLT-level reports and dashboards via Power BI, SAP BO, or Looker Studio
Modelling complex scenarios for annual salary reviews, bonus structures, and legislative impacts (e.g., NI changes)
Partnering with HR, IT, and Finance to drive data-informed decisions
Identifying costly errors and embedding accountability across People processes
Supporting automation, integration, and stakeholder training across branches
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience with iTrent, Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and complex financial modelling
Strong data analysis, dashboard design, and stakeholder influencing skills
Knowledge of GDPR, payroll legislation, and people systems integration
Ability to simplify technical concepts for operational teams
Confidence in delivering data-backed insights to senior leadership
