HR Systems Project Manager

We are partnering with a leading organisation in Enniskillen to hire an experienced HR Systems Project Manager who will oversee the local end-to-end rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, as part of a global Human Capital Management (HCM) programme.

This role will require strong collaboration with global teams and local stakeholders to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

The HR Systems Project Manager will be accountable for:

Leading the full local implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including project planning, coordination, and execution against agreed timelines.

Acting as the primary local contact between the international integration team, business process owners, and key stakeholders.

Preparing and delivering progress updates and reports to the Steering Group and PMO Manager.

Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting through project management tools.

Supervising data integration activities, ensuring secure migration and transformation processes.

Managing phased (wave) deployments to support business objectives and compliance standards.

Keeping detailed records and documentation to support knowledge transfer and long-term reference.

Applying project management frameworks such as PMP or PRINCE2 to drive structure, mitigate risk, and ensure delivery excellence.

Encouraging cross-functional collaboration and providing leadership to the local project team.

Carrying out post-implementation evaluations to highlight lessons learned for future phases.

Requirements for the HR Systems Project Manager role:

Degree in a relevant discipline.

Proven experience in project management, ideally within HRIS/HCM systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.

Background in data integration and transformation.

Strong working knowledge of SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.

Recognised Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
