Role in a nutshell:


We are looking for an HR & Talent Coordinator to support the HR Director and Global HR Manager, acting as primary point of contact for HR-related enquiries from our employees. A fantastic opportunity for an individual to acquire compelling and comprehensive HR exposure within a fast growing, SME. The position of HR & Talent Coordinator encompasses a broad range of general HR responsibilities such as maintaining People records, handling a wide array of confidential materials, compiling HR documents (such as employment records and onboarding guides), and the regular updating of internal databases. The preferred candidate should have knowledge and experience of UK HR & Recruitment procedures, using HR and ATS systems, and proven ability to efficiently manage multiple administrative tasks within specific timeframes. The responsibilities of the position are outlined below although this is not an exhaustive list and there will be a requirement to support ad hoc, HR projects.

Main purpose of role:

To work as part of the HR team to provide a professional, high quality, timely, customer focused HR administrative support across the full spectrum of HR.

  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain Precise Employee Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date personal files, creating a foundation for efficient HR operations.
    • Day to day HR duties
    • Updating internal databases and managing electronic filing systems for meticulous record-keeping in date order.
    • Assisting the HR Manager with preparing HR documents, letters, revising company policies, running DBS checks and assist in the onboarding process for new hires (i.e. organising FAB passes)
    • Assisting the HR Manager with all HR administration and communication for the team e.g. amendments to contracts, salary increases, wellbeing initiatives, end of probation forms/letters, reference requests, etc. for review and approval
    • Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
    • Be the first point of contact for employee queries about HR related issues
    • Entering employee data onto computer database
    • Handling general inquiries regarding payroll, recruitment, benefits, sickness, and holidays, including recording sickness calls and ensuring timely self-certification form completion.

  • Recruitment & On/Offboarding:
    • Assistance in recruitment processes, onboarding support, handling correspondence, and administrative duties under Global HR Mgr supervision.
    • Management of internal data base for accurate information recording related to people, salaries, and benefits.
    • Generation of accurate quarterly demographic reports and statistics.
    • Facilitate the internal recruitment process by coordinating internal job specs, scheduling interviews and updating the ATS system
  • Ad Hoc Projects & Admin Support:
    • Collaboration on agreed ad hoc projects.
    • Providing support to the HR department as needed, including diary management, organising events, drafting correspondence, handling calls

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

  • CIPD level 3 qualification preferred
