We're excited to recruit a

HR Trainee

to join our People Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide essential administrative support while actively developing their knowledge and skills in the HR profession.


As a HR Trainee, you'll assist with a variety of HR processes that ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department. You'll also help maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations, support key HR functions, and contribute to a collaborative, and welcoming team culture.

What you'll do:



Supporting onboarding, pre-employment checks, and HR activities Keeping HR systems and records accurate, up to date, and GDPR-compliant Creating reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions Acting as a friendly first point of contact for HR queries Assisting with employee benefits, performance processes, and general HR administration Helping ensure compliance with employment law, health & safety, and company policies Finding opportunities to improve how we work and contributing to HR projects Staying up to date on HR trends and lending a hand wherever needed

Who We're Looking For:



Good administration experience, preferably within an HR environment Excellent organisation and time management skills Good communicator - both verbal & written Working knowledge and proficiency in information systems would be of real benefit Working towards a CIPD Level 3 or related/similar qualification would be a bonus
