Do you have demonstrable expertise in change management execution, particularly within large-scale business transformation programs? We're looking for a HR Transformation Change Management Lead to join our People team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to our People Programmes Director, you'll be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive change management strategies for a significant transformation programme. You'll also work closely with various teams to develop change and communication strategies, assess change impacts and readiness and workforce transitions while enabling a robust change network that fosters engagement and alignment with AXA's goals.



At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing:



Develop the strategy and project manage the execution of a change management plan that fulfils the change strategy and aligns with our transformation programme (organisation structure change, Union consultation and engagement etc). Conduct thorough assessments to identify the potential impacts of the change on various teams, processes, and stakeholders, and develop mitigation plans as necessary. Collaborate with our People Project Consultants and wider People teams (including People Partners) to create and execute workforce transition plans that facilitate employee adaptation to new roles, responsibilities, and ways of working. Develop and deliver programs and resources to equip AXA colleagues with the knowledge for successful adaptation to the new ways of working. Measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives through feedback, surveys, and metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership and making necessary adjustments to the strategy. Design and implement a communications plan for the transformation initiatives aligned with the change management strategy, manage internal communications, establish and empower a change network comprising change champions. Oversee the development of communication content (newsletters, intranet updates, town halls, digital campaigns etc) that support change initiatives and promote adoption of new ways of working. Manage stakeholder relationship effectively overseeing targeted communication materials and engagement activities to address the needs of different stakeholder groups and ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.

What you'll bring:



Proven experience in change management planning and execution, particularly within large-scale business transformation programs. Recent experience of utilising next generation engagement techniques to help generate excitement for change, certification in change management (e.g. Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Experience in conducting change impact and readiness assessments, with a solid grasp of change management frameworks and tools. Analytical skills and expertise, with the capability to assess complex situations and devise practical solutions using data and insights to drive decision making and performance tracking. Previous experience in a People/HR function is an advantage, particularly in the context of organisational change. A comprehensive blend of strategic vision and practical implementation skills, enabling you to lead the organisation through a successful transformation while ensuring employee engagement and alignment with business objectives. Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
