About the Team



Join our dynamic HR Ventures & Acquisitions (V&A) team -- a group of strategic problem solvers who partner closely with Accenture's deal teams to shape the future of newly acquired companies. From early assessments to full-scale integration, we design and deliver HR solutions that make each acquisition a success -- for the business and the people.


We operate across the full M&A lifecycle, working directly with HR Deal Leads, business sponsors, and acquired leadership teams. With high visibility and strategic influence, we collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive seamless integration experiences that align with Accenture's people-first philosophy.



As an

HR V&A Market Practitioner

, you'll play a key in the success of our acquisitions. You'll be embedded in a variety of M&A projects -- leading due diligence, crafting integration strategies, and shaping employee experiences. This is a high-impact where you'll bring together insight, innovation, and execution to deliver people solutions that truly matter.

What You'll Be Doing:



Due Diligence Phase (includes solution development)



Define and lead the HR due diligence approach -- validating data, identifying talent trends, and highlighting risks. Influence strategic decisions by presenting actionable insights. Partner with global and regional HR experts to co-create people solutions (e.g. Total Rewards, Career Architecture). Estimate pre- and post-contract HR costs and shape preliminary integration plans across all HR domains (compensation, benefits, pensions, culture, policies, etc.). Collaborate with key stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development. Contribute to retention and performance strategies for acquired employees.

Integration Phase:



Lead HR integration planning and execution -- ensuring a smooth and strategic transition for acquired teams. Shape compelling employee journeys by aligning global strategies with local realities. Design and implement HR processes that support long-term business success -- from total rewards and performance to HR tech and policy integration. Use data-driven insights to influence key decisions and measure impact. Oversee the onboarding experience for acquired employees in partnership with local and global HR. Capture and share lessons learned to continuously evolve our M&A playbook.


Core Skills & Qualifications



Broad knowledge of HR and People Programmes. Extensive experience leading HR and change programmes. Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel skills. Ability to interpret insights and take appropriate actions. Expertise in Total Rewards (Compensation, Equity, Benefits, etc.) and reward programme design. Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills; confident in presenting to senior leadership. Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management with a track record of trusted engagement with senior leaders. Proven project management experience across complex, multi-project environments. Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and escalation strategies. Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. ERP, Performance Management tools) and HR tech innovations. Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of investment cases and how people outcomes impact financial performance.
