HR & Wellbeing Business Partner
to join our
HR & Wellbeing
team on a 2 year fixed term contract.
As a
HR & Wellbeing Business Partner
you'll provide HR expertise and support for the Change Programme within the Repairs division. Your collaborative approach will be essential in promoting best practices and ensuring effective employee relations. This role is pivotal in exemplifying and promoting the culture, vision, and values of Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP).

What will my main responsibilities be as a HR & Wellbeing Business Partner?
Collaborate with the Corporate Head of HR & Wellbeing to deliver targeted HR support to the Director of Repairs and other managers within the Repairs division.
Offer ongoing support and guidance to managers throughout the Repairs Project.
Coach managers and colleagues on HR issues, providing expertise to facilitate early resolution of problems.
Ensure adherence to all processes and procedures in line with company policies and current employment legislation.
Provide coaching on wellbeing and mental health awareness to colleagues and managers, coordinating with the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Occupational Health as needed.
Working in line with agreed practices as per the Process & Procedures Manual, ensuring correct documentation is being used. Being responsible for the final compliance check of all paperwork and communication content produced.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties such as note taking and any follow up letters to colleagues regarding meeting outcomes etc.

What skills, knowledge and experiences are essential as a HR & Wellbeing Business Partner?
Experience of taking a HR lead on project work
Minimum 3 years' experience as a HR Business Partner or Advisor role
Experience of restructure programmes and formal consultation processes
CIPD qualified or similar
Knowledgeable and experience working with workplace unions.
Solid high-level knowledge of current Employment Law and best practice.
Competent in use of key Microsoft Office applications
High communication skills, both written and oral.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be within one hour's commute to either of the main office locations
