As a HR Workforce Transformation Project Manager at Barclays, you will be responsible for delivering complex people-related change initiatives across multiple geographies and functions. This includes coordinating HR capabilities such as policy, analytics, operations, and change management to support the setup of new legal entities, country-specific HR configurations, and payroll implementations. Your role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and experience working with Workday to support configuration, testing, and deployment.
To be successful as a Workforce Transformation Project Manager, you should have:
Extensive Project and Change Delivery Skills, with experience managing complex transformation projects with clear structure, timelines, and measurable outcomes
HR Transformation experience with the ability to work across different HR capabilities (e.g. policy, analytics, change, operations) to deliver integrated solutions
An understanding of Workday implementation and familiarity with managing the establishment of new payrolls, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
A consulting mindset and toolkit with experience working in a structured, client-facing delivery environment
