Job description




Main purpose of the role


We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Information Systems Analyst to join our Human Resources team based from our Doncaster Lakeside Head Office with agile/hybrid working. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising the HR technology system and oversee the implementation of all HR enhancements in the HRIS system.


The role is divided between both HR and IT tasks and includes overseeing both the HR software and systems, analysing employee data and enhancing the efficiency and streamlining of digital HR processes.


Key Accountabilities



Overseeing the operation of IT platforms with HR functions. Identify opportunities for system improvements and participate in effective planning, implementation, and maintenance of changes.

Supporting the HR Shared Services function and troubleshooting system/process issues/cleansing employee data. Upskilling the HR Shared Services Team on systems and process to ensure they are knowledgeable and contributing to operational excellence. Managing the implementation of any new software releases or significant updates.

Optimising workflows and automating HR processes to drive efficiency.

Providing troubleshooting support to the wider HR team when needed.

Prepare all data for monthly board reports and HR People Metrics.

Support with the annual reward cycle, gender pay gap reporting and data survey submissions.

You will partner with the HR team to identify and analyse data to inform decision making to help shape the people agenda. Develop rich insights using new innovative methods to inform the business of key trends and inform decision making. Produce ad hoc and bespoke reports and prepare standard reports for management meetings.

Present data in a meaningful way, identifying and presenting current trends.

Skills, knowledge & experience




We are looking for someone who fits with our core values here at Keepmoat; they will be

about Data and analysing this in a HR environment, with previous experience of working in a similar role. They will be confident and

collaborative

with strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with ability to work as part of a team and influence effectively at different levels. They will be

creative

and able to present data to various stakeholders in multiple formats. The ideal candidate will have a

straightforward

approach, with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy.



Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential. Any experience with Power BI would be desirable.
