HRIS Analyst - Workforce Manager Project



Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Solihull, Hook or London office



Full Time, 12-month FTC



Salary - 30,000-35,000 dependent on experience per annum

We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled HR Analyst to support the implementation of the Time2Work rostering solution across multiple sites. You'll work as a key member of the Workforce Management Project team, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for HR systems and data, ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing performance of our new rostering platform.

As part of this you will:

Support the Workforce Manager in rolling out the Time2Work rostering tool across multiple locations. Update and maintain employee and organisational data in SAP HCM to ensure smooth system integration. Use Winshuttle to perform mass data changes efficiently and accurately. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues. Respond to system-related queries from internal customers and colleagues. Oversee the transition of system changes from project phase to business-as-usual (BAU). Provide expert HR systems and data advice to project teams and wider business stakeholders. Manage middleware interfaces and ensure seamless communication between systems. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring compliance with HR legislation and company policies. Create user documentation and assist in training delivery for new system functionalities. Perform HR data analysis and provide accurate reporting using tools like Spinifex and SAP Ad Hoc Query. Raise risks and concerns appropriately and support go-live activities across the business.

What you'll need to do the role:

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience using SAP HCM, particularly in PA and OM modules. Previous experience with a Workforce Management or Time & Attendance system. Solid understanding of HR processes, employee terms and conditions, and HR/payroll data. Experience working with multiple downstream systems and interfaces. Working knowledge of Excel and HR reporting tools (Spinifex, Ad Hoc Query). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of UK HR legislation and payroll processes.

Desirable Skills:

Experience using RPA and/or working in a functional project role. Previous experience in an HR Shared Services environment. Familiarity with Resource Link and Winshuttle. Exposure to complex, matrixed business environments with multiple employment terms and locations.
