About the team and the role:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Senior Analyst to help lead our global Workday roll-out. This role, reporting to the Director of Global HR Systems, will focus on deploying Acrisure's Workday instance to our global population. The successful candidate will have experience using Workday HCM in a multi-country environment, have a functional understanding of local HR policies and requirements around the world, and be able to provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders
How you'll contribute:Act as the Workday SME for Human Resources across multiple countries, providing support and guidance to cross-functional teams at all levels of the organisation Work with global stakeholders to understand system requirements and communicate requirements to the global Workday team Assist with analysis, design, and testing of Workday modules for global use Collect policies and practices from global teams for review and optimization Partner with global stakeholders to identify configuration gaps and remediation strategies Support on assessing impact of Workday R1 and R2 releases Assist with gathering data from business teams, transform data based on Workday requirements and conduct system audit after import Proactively recognise and communicate roadblocks in a timely manner Provide guidance to Business users and the HR support teams on how to resolve issues

Requirements:Extensive Workday HCM experience Experience with other Workday modules a plus (Benefits, Compensation, Time/Absence, etc) Workday certifications a plus Multi-country Human Resources experience Strong communications skills, experience of interacting with stakeholders at all levels Collaborative and supportive mindset Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools Excellent analytical and technical skills with the ability to problem solve with minimal assistance Attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy
