About the Role
We're looking for a HRIS Reporting Analyst to join a collaborative and values-led organisation.
This role will be instrumental in transforming the way HR and leadership teams use people data to inform decisions, streamline processes, and support wider people-related initiatives.
Reporting to the People Services Manager, you'll work with HR, IT, Finance, and senior leadership teams to deliver impactful data analysis, dashboards, and reports that influence strategic planning across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with stakeholders across the People Team and wider organisation to understand reporting needs
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and Excel
Analyse HR and payroll data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Automate manual MI processes and continuously improve how data is gathered, structured, and shared
Act as a key contact for all HR MI and analytics needs across BAU and project activity
Ensure data quality, security, and access compliance, particularly in line with safeguarding and education regulations
About You
Significant experience in HR data analysis within a medium-to-large organisation
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
Ability to manage and analyse data from iTrent HRIS platform
Strong understanding of GDPR, data access, and safeguarding concerns
A clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
