to lead compliance and safety initiatives across our UK operations. This role is critical in ensuring our sites meet all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety policies and procedures across all UK sites.
Ensure compliance with UK health & safety legislation and company standards.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
Deliver training and guidance to managers and staff on health & safety best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.
Project Management for Board
- lead and coordinate safety-related projects at a strategic level.
Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
NEBOSH certification (essential).
IOSH Managing Safely (preferred).
Proven experience in a health & safety management role, ideally within a multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of UK health & safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to travel across UK sites as required.
