We are recruiting for a leading civils and construction company, who is seeking an experienced

HSE Advisor

to join their team on a major large-scale

Construction project

Role Description



Oversee and manage all HSE activities across the project Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation, industry standards, and company policies Develop and maintain site-specific risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work Carry out site inspections, audits, and incident investigations Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project personnel and subcontractors Drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance

Key Skills & Qualifications



5+ years' HSE experience

within

civils and construction

Experience on major infrastructure or energy projects (EfW experience desirable but not essential)

NEBOSH General Certificate

(essential) Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Proactive, organised, and confident working both independently and as part of a wider team
