We're Hiring: HSE Advisor

Location:

Balmoral Tanks, Thurnscoe (with travel to three external sites monthly, that may or may not require overnight stay)

proactive and driven HSE Advisor

to join our team.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our Operations and HSEQ teams to:

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems and processes. Conduct and review risk assessments, ensuring robust control measures. Drive behavioural and cultural change across the business. Organise and deliver HSE training for site and installation teams. Lead investigations into accidents and incidents, identifying root causes. Carry out audits and inspections at Balmoral facilities and external sites. Support compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (essential) NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) (preferred/ideal) NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate (preferred/ideal)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a similar role within manufacturing or related environment. Strong organisational and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Resilient, methodical, and committed to continuous improvement.
