We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to uphold and enhance safety standards across our construction and logistics projects. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments. Provide training and guidance on health and safety practices. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with legal and company HSE standards. Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders on HSE matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
NEBOSH certification (minimum requirement). Proven experience in a similar HSE role within construction or logistics. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to influence and drive a positive safety culture.
