Role Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a full time, permeant HSEQ Advisor to join our team in Oldmeldrum.

Purpose of role:

The HSEQ Advisor will be responsible for the provision of timely advice and guidance on all matters pertaining to HSEQ Company Policy and Management System and Client requirements including but not limited to maintenance of training matrixes, liaising with teams on the ground, and conducting site audits, thereby ensuring business risks are prevented and mitigated

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and implementing process assurance activities such as site audits and toolbox talks. Monitoring training matrixes insuring any required training is booked in a timely manner. Helping oversee creation and storage of documentation ensuring it is correct and up to date. Investigating any incidents and creating reports of the outcomings including conducting root cause analysis. Conducting regular site audits ensuring any issues are captured and actioned. Conducting audits in accordance to ISO:9001 Conducting onboarding including inductions, licence checks and accreditation checks.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in a HSEQ environment. Experience in a telecoms/civils environment. IOSH Managing Safely (Preferred). NEBOSH Qualification (Preferred). Auditor Qualification (Preferred).

Skills:

Good communication skills. Computer literate. Good interpersonal skills. Strong drive to implement change. A willingness to learn. Driving Licence.
