HSEQ Analyst

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

Join our UK & I HSEQ Team as an HSEQ Analyst and play a key role in driving health, safety, environmental, and quality performance across our operations.


This is an engaging opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

As the HSEQ Analyst, you will manage and analyse HSEQ data, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate across multiple teams to enhance operational performance.


You will contribute to bids, tenders, mobilisations, and transitions while ensuring accurate reporting and promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Collate, analyse, and disseminate HSEQ statistics, insights, and performance reports. Manage HSEQ purchasing and GRN processes. Lead insight performance projects, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate on bids, tenders, mobilisations, and transitions to support operational delivery. Maintain and enhance HSEQ SharePoint pages and data systems. Track internal metrics, including incidents, IRP completion, and compliance requirements. Promote consistent HSEQ practices across teams and sites. Contribute to the delivery of ISS and customer HSEQ programs. Identify, assess, and manage HSEQ risks and opportunities effectively.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Demonstrable Data Analyst experience. Advanced Excel user (able to do V Look Ups, Pivot Tables etc). Experience of manipulating large data sets in a professional environment. Highly numerate with strong analytical skills. Detail-orientated with a demonstrably high standard for data accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and third parties. Willingness and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders in the business. Ability to work in the fast-paced FM sector, and embrace a changing working environment & priorities. Works well under pressure and manage multiple projects in parallel. A strong multi task approach to work. Communication and influencing skills at all levels of the business.
