About the Role

We currently have an opening for a Risk & Compliance Trainer in our UKI Risk & Compliance team. Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of QHSE training for our UKI sites. This includes working closely with our Operational management to understand the bespoke requirements and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Create, implement and deliver company wide and job specific induction training for new starters, refresher training and sub-contractors/service partners.
Development of cross business training and skills matrices, by assessing individual and business training requirements.
Develop and implement QHSE and front-line H&S training for Crown UK&I staff and subcontractors/service partners, including:
Health and Safety
Environment
Data security
Designing and implementing, with the aid of the local workforce, operational skills training for in-house staff and sub-contractors:
General driving (vehicle movement and loading and reversing)
Materials Usage for Skates, Cages, Palbacs, Pallet Trucks, Crates
Manual Handling including stairwork and use of stair walkers
Packing & Wrapping Training, Fragile Objects, Glass wear, Fine Art, Filing, IT and Furniture
Material Handling including Glass, large format board and Partitioning
General warehouse and yard safety
Woodcutting & Spray Painting
Drive continuous improvement through analysis of data and identify what areas need to be trained next
What We're Looking For
Prior QHSE Trainer experience with strong training delivery expertise.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Proven ability in engaging with a workforce community, warehouse staff desirable.
Confident in delivering face-to-face sessions across sites with Warehouse Operatives & Drivers.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
The ability to identify gaps in current training and suggest recommendations for improvement.
MS Office Suite
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
IOSH (or equivalent) membership
Recognised training qualifications
Full UK Driving License and willing to travel nationally.
