to support Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental performance at our Scunthorpe site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will help maintain compliance, support ISO systems, and promote a strong safety and quality culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of company-wide H&S policies and procedures.
Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and routine inspections.
Monitor PPE usage and assist with safety equipment management.
Assist with accident investigations and ensure corrective actions are followed up.
Maintain accurate safety documentation and records.
Support compliance with key legislation (e.g., PUWER, COSHH, asbestos, and legionella).
Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 systems.
Support Type Approval and Conformity of Production (CoP) documentation.
Conduct basic quality inspections and audits as directed.
Promote a positive culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively with production teams and supervisors to identify improvements.
Provide general administrative and technical support to the Site Manager.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
Experience in an HSQE-related role.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 systems.
NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent Level 3 H&S qualification).
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Desirable:
IOSH membership.
Understanding of Type Approval or CoP processes.
Awareness of environmental management systems (ISO 14001).
Key Skills & Attributes
Good communicator, approachable, and supportive.
Organised and methodical, with the ability to prioritise workload.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Practical, hands-on approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
