We're looking for a Hub Co-ordinator to run the day-to-day operations of our community hub with warmth and efficiency, juggling spreadsheets and social impact with equal flair . You'll have a good head for business -- thinking about budgets, bookings, and keeping the lights on -- but your heart will be firmly rooted in the community. If you can spot opportunities, make things sustainable, and still greet everyone with a smile, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Keeping the hub running smoothly and making sure it's a welcoming space for everyone.
Managing bookings, events, and partnerships with local groups and organisations.
Supporting volunteers and staff, and helping them thrive.
Handling admin, budgets, and health & safety -- the behind-the-scenes magic.
Spreading the word about what we do through social media and local outreach.
What You'll Bring:
Great organisational skills and a knack for getting things done.
Friendly, confident communication -- with people from all walks of life.
Experience in community work or managing a space is a bonus.
A flexible, can-do attitude and a love for making things better.
What You'll Get:
A meaningful role at the heart of a vibrant community.
Supportive colleagues and opportunities to grow.
Flexibility and a chance to shape something special.
