The Role:
Managing the operational aspects of the "Innovation Hub" wastewater treatment research collaboration between Southern Water and UoP. The post holder will be based at the Environmental Technology Field Station at Petersfield wastewater treatment works.
The post involves: Designing and overseeing the establishment of test rigs and field trials.
Managing and undertaking the monitoring of wastewater treatment pilot plants.
Data collation, analysis and reporting of project outcomes to the Steering Group
Assisting with dissemination of findings through presentations and publications.
Overseeing the day to day activities of Innovation Hub staff and students.
Maintaining H+S and Risk Assessments for Innovation Hub activities
This role is offered with occasional home working.
This appointment is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2030.
