Here's how you'll power our business as a Hub Supervisor
We're on the lookout for a hands-on Hub Supervisor to join our team, reporting to the Facilities Manager and working closely with our Supply Chain Coordinator and Customer Relations Administrator. You'll be at the heart of the action—leading the day-to-day running of our distribution hub and supporting our dedicated team of drivers. From making sure our medical gases and devices are received, checked, and delivered safely and on time, to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently, you'll play a key role in making sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. You'll also handle driver coordination, vehicle safety checks, compliance with industry standards like GDP and GMP, and take ownership of local planning, audits, and training. It's a varied role with plenty of responsibility—perfect for someone who's organised, safety-focused, and ready to make a real difference every day.
What we need from you
Strong IT skills, especially confident using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Able to prioritise tasks, work on your own initiative, and meet deadlines with ease
A real team player who builds great relationships with colleagues and customers alike
Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) - essential for the role
Valid UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
Previous experience in a similar role is a big plus
Fleet awareness would be advantageous
