Advinia Healthcare one of the leading top 15 UK Healthcare Providers in the UK are looking for a new HRBP to oversee 11 homes covering Liverpool, Manchester & Leeds.
We are looking for...
Someone to provide support and guidance to Homes within the allocated region ensuring comprehensive, professional and cost effective HR delivery in all areas. Work with Home Managers, and regional team members, to build a positive relationships to enhance employment engagement and ensure efficiencies in staff management, identifying issues and providing solutions in an effective way.
To contribute to the development of the HR function and to HR policies and plans that enable company objectives to be achieved To ensure effective management of employee relations cases, taking due account of best practice, employment legislation and risk to Advinia Provide expert advice, as required, in disciplinary and Grievance hearings Address Sickness Absence in a timely manner, dealing with all long-term sickness cases with Home Managers and ensure the Bradford Factor is being used effectively
Essential Skills...
At least 2 years HR experience & Up to date Employment Law knowledge & good employment practices Multi-Site & Healthcare HR Delivery preferable but not essential Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a car
