Duties
Manage and maintain employee records, contracts and relevant paperwork
Facilitate the recruitment process by instigating advertisements and monitoring these
Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
Conduct data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date employee information and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to enhance social media management for employer branding and recruitment efforts.
Communicate effectively with staff/sub contracted tutors at all levels to address HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
Support training and CPD initiatives by coordinating resources and materials for employee development programmes.
Monitor tutor training and ensure all is up to date per legal requirements
Skills

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in employee records.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Familiarity with social media management tools to promote the organisation's culture and job opportunities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A solid understanding of human resources principles and practices is preferred.

Pay: 36,500.00-42,000.00 per year
