Coaching and supporting managers with employee relations issues, including absence management, performance management, probation, disciplinary case work, and grievances
Developing and facilitating HR training activities
Work closely with internal teams to further develop HR processes
Develop a reward and recognition system
Assess site culture and employee engagement, advise on amendments where necessary
Working closely with internal Managers, providing support and day-to-day advice
Develop internal HR policies and assist with their implementation
Assists with negotiations between management and employees on complex matters
Assists with interviewing candidates for jobs
Advises on training and recruitment, negotiating procedures, salary agreements, and other personnel issues
Deals with grievance and disciplinary procedures
We are looking for candidates with the following skills, experience, and attributes
Experience of using a problem-solving approach to work with the ability to adapt your style as work dictates
Experience of working independently whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a team.
IT literate, especially in Word and Excel
Excellent communicator both verbal and written
Flexible to take on new tasks
Similar education / graduation background
