We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of human resources processes, and proficiency in various HRIS systems.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and Taleo.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
Manage employee benefits administration and respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date employee information.
Collaborate with management on employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
Utilise social media management skills to enhance the organisation's employer branding and recruitment efforts.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Salesforce, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo is highly desirable.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
Familiarity with social media management tools to aid in recruitment marketing efforts.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of human resources best practices and employment legislation is an advantage.
