Job Description

Enterprise Services group Ltd is an established family run facility maintenance

company employing around 120 staff providing professional cleaning, gardening and

building maintenance services to businesses across London and the South East.

Reporting directly into HR Manager, this role will encompass full generalist HR administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:



Providing comprehensive HR administrative support, including maintaining and updating the HR database Preparing and processing probationary review paperwork and managing contractual change documentation Responsible for new starter and leaver processes, including employee letters, updating payroll and HRD Completion of employee references Managing incoming calls, offering basic advice where possible or taking accurate messages Liaising with third-party providers such as recruitment agencies, occupational health, DBS checks Liaise with payroll department regarding all employment changes and payroll matters for weekly and monthly pay runs Maintain absence planner and complete absence reviews as required Maintain current and leavers employee files - hard copy and electronic Arrangement of training courses Supporting HR projects

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in an HR environment at assistant or administrator level is desirable, but not essential Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and telephone) Can build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues Is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. Is a proactive self-starter who works well under pressure Is resourceful and enjoys problem-solving Is enthusiastic and willing to learn Has a positive, resilient attitude and enjoys being part of a supportive team Has experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour
